I have thinkpad p71 with
it came with 8gb of ram (24gb in total) - bought 16gb of identical memory on amazon
8gb was HynixHMA81GSAFR8N-UH, and I bought 16GB more of the same.
CPU 7700, GPU m620, full hd screen, 500gb wd caviar black,
It worked flawlessly on HDD with added ram memory so I will exclude ram outside of any issues, as I wanted to use ssd as Windows drive issues came along...
2104 ssd (m.2) issue press esc
Windows cant be installed on this disk, ensure disc controller is enabled.
I have toshiba m2 nvme rd400 512gb and kingston predator m2 256gb,
I have managed to install windows 10 on predator but then this "2104 ssd (m.2) issue press esc" started to appear .
My UEFI BIOS is 1.05, and embaded controler version 1.03
I am planing to update BIOS, but if there is a slution outside of that would be nice.
Please help with any ideas and soulutions if you have. Thanks.

How are you trying to install WINDOWS? Most packaged versions of WINDOWS will not install onto an NVMe disk becase the required driver(s) are missing. You must download the WINDOWS installation materials from the Microsoft web site onto a flash drive and use that. You can then enter the serial key from the packaged version to get going.

After few attempts with no success, I checked the BIOS version, and fount it was old and it did not supported nvme, and with the bios update to latest, everything went smoothly.
