I have a Lenovo Thinkpad P1, and I am unable to update my laptop to the latest feature update for Windows 10 (1903). My product number is 20MDCTO1WW and my BIOS is N2EET39W 1.21. My laptop is currently running the latest update for Win 10 1809. At first, I couldn't even get the option to update my laptop (after it became available for everyone). Then it appeared yesterday, so I clicked download and install, and then I got a pop-up error saying that my PC isn't ready for this update and that my PC isn't supported -- with the error message (0x80240034). When I tried to update through the update assistant previously, the assistant said that something went wrong -- with the error message (0xa0000400). I know that P1's are included in the list of compatible Lenovo devices that were tested for Win 10 1903 and my laptop's drivers and such are completely up to date through the Lenovo Vantage app. Does anyone know why my P1 isn't ready for the update and/or when it will be available for me to download and install? Thanks in advance.

If you are sure that your system is compatible, then you may have to use the Windows Media Creation tool to update your system, either by choosing upgrade, or by creating a bootable USB Flash drive.
You could also try running DISM to scan for any inconsistencies on your system
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth (checks for component store corruption)
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth (checks for component store corruption and FIXES the corruption using Windows Update)
