Lenovo p50 keyboard buttons not working

Hello,

I got a brand new lenovo laptop and installed Windows 7 on it because it is what we use in our business environment. I have updated all drivers and am unable to use any of the buttons near the trackpad. This includes all 3 buttons above and below the trackpad. THe trackpad itself is working, and I can left-click by tapping the trackpad but that is it.

Can someone please help me with this issues.

Re: Lenovo p50 keyboard buttons not working

Did your machine come with windows 7? Or, did you install from Lenovo media, or retail media?

Re: Lenovo p50 keyboard buttons not working

Hello,

I had installed a fresh blank copy of windows 7 from our image server. Afterwards I applied all drivers found on the p50 driver page, and completed all Windows Updates.

Re: Lenovo p50 keyboard buttons not working

Hello,

I have fixed the issue. I completely removed the generic PS/2 drivers and the Ultranav drivers from device manager. Once I rebooted the buttons have started to work on the keyboard
