[Problem fixes]
- Fixed an issue where incorrect battery capacity might be shown in some battery
benchmark programs.
- Fixed an issue where the computer failed to resume normal operation from
hibernation state after running Setup Defaults by the F9 key in the ThinkPad
Setup menu.
- Fixed an issue where the Power-On NumLock function in ThinkPad Setup did not
work.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Although there is no mention of it above, BIOS 1.37 fixed the "50 second cold-boot start-up delay" issue with my Intel 510 SSD.

Hurrah!!!! and thank you Lenovo! (especially "someotherguy")

Thanks for the heads-up on the Kingston modules.

Did the BIOS change the clock or the multiplier? (mine is 100 MHz x 8)

 Can you downgrade BIOS?

Here are the details from HWiNFO64:

---------------------------------------------------------

Current Performance Settings
Maximum Supported Memory Clock: 800.0 MHz
Current Memory Clock: 664.6 MHz
Current Timing (tCAS-tRCD-tRP-tRAS): 8.0-8-8-23
Memory Runs At: Dual-Channel

Command Rate: 2T
Read to Read Delay (tRD_RD) Different Rank: 1T
Read to Read Delay (tRD_RD) Different DIMM: 3T
Write to Write Delay (tWR_WR) Different Rank: 3T
Write to Write Delay (tWR_WR) Different DIMM: 3T
Read to Write Delay (tRD_WR) Same Rank: 3T
Read to Write Delay (tRD_WR) Different Rank: 3T
Read to Write Delay (tRD_WR) Different DIMM: 3T
Write to Read Delay (tWR_RD) Same Rank (tWTR): 5T
Write to Read Delay (tWR_RD) Different Rank: 1T
Write to Read Delay (tWR_RD) Different DIMM: 1T
Read to Precharge Delay (tRTP): 5T
Write to Precharge Delay (tWTP/tWR): 10T
RAS# to RAS# Delay (tRRD): 4T
Refresh Cycle Time (tRFC): 107T
Four Activate Window (tFAW): 20T

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Where do I find the multiplier?

I am not going to downgrade the BIOS, since the "50 second SSD start-up-delay" fix is more important to me.

Its no longer using the XMP profile.

Glad to hear the start up delay is fixed.

I'm reluctant to upgrade BIOS to test it, as I am not sure if a downgrade is even possible.

Again, thanks for the heads-up on this.

Lenovo are you aware of this problem??

You can definitely downgrade BIOS.

I don't know the reason for the change to limit memory frequency to 1333MHz, but I know it was done on purpose.  I am trying to find out the reason for it.

Then why isn't it in the RELEASE notes?

Perhaps the memory clock limit was to address a possible cause of the SSS issue. I've been running 1.37 with Crucial 4x8 gb SODIMMs w/o any issue. They are capable of running at 761MHz but are being clocked at 664.6 Mhz. Not a big deal for me.
