Nvidia issues

I received an alert saying there was no display attached so I couldnt access the nvidia control panel ...

In the device manager the display was present and working (no alerts and not disabled)

Tried updating drivers and its now not visible and won't can't update or rewind .... even system restore is saying cant find a file ...

any ideas or can someone point me in the right direction?

Cheers

Re: Nvidia issues

Hi thanks for the response but I've managed to fix it ...

Problem was a corupt update .... wouldn't allow system restore, wouldn't allow driver updates etc etc ....

Ended up with a factory reset ....:-(

still an unrecognised hardware item but at least everything that should be there is working ... (think the bulb / flash / light) on the camera has broken

For info the model is w530

nvidia K2000m

Cheers anyway!

Ian
