I am ordering Lenovo Recovery USB Media (Part Number 02EE552) for my P50 (WinProx64 which currently downgraded to win7pro) but it stuck at Enter Customer Info where i could not click submit (greyed-out) although i checked "i am not robot". How to order or i need to purchase it separately ? my P50 stills in warranty

Maybe browser compatability problem? You can also call support to order recovery media.
