Has anyone else encountered this?
I have a second and third screen connected through one of the USB-C ports. The laptop screen is not used and is usually turned off with Win+P and "Second screen only".
I recently noticed scrolling in a window or dragging a window around was extremely stutterly. I noticed this only occurs when "Second screen only" is chosen, but becomes buttery smooth when "Extend" is chosen in the Win+P menu.
