Hi, thanks for the suggestion, but I'm a bit unsure how to proceed.
First, the affected systems don't list the P1/X1E:
Next, the title of the article is "IR Camera may not function properly after loading new drivers" but I haven't loaded new drivers, the originals are installed, 'rollback driver' is greyed out.
Finally, if I am reading 'Camera, Firmware, and Driver Levels' correcly, my Camera's ID has '5986' in it but not '5986 111D' AND, the installed driver is 22.214.171.124 which is inconsistent with the noted legacy and new drivers (10.0.x.x etc.)

please check if your machine run "Glance" APP (Lower right corner ->notification area ->Glance). if the APP is opened, the IR camera will alway work.

After close/uninstall the "Glance" APP, if your issue can be fixed?
PS： The Glance App is not only work for external monitor， it can also automatic lock screen when you leave your PC

Thanks, but, the features of the glance app are things I expressly do NOT want to do (like locking the screen when I am away, just not an issue for me). That would be inconvenient when giving a presentation, for one thing. Appreciate the help though! We will see if it continues...
