I have the same phenomen on two different P50.
Disable CSM in BIOS and Windows 10 boots with an underscore (instead of a Lenovo logo?) togtether with the spinning dots.
Enable CSM and Windows boots with its normal Blue 4 piece Window logo.
If I disable CSM should I have a Lenovo logo during boot such I see on my E570?
Have anyone got a proper boot Logo with P50 with Secure Boot or CSM disabled?

You either need CSM or not depending on how the machine was configured when windows was installed. If the BIOS was set to BOTH - Legacy first, you will get a legacy setup. If the BIOS was set to BOTH - UEFI first, you will get a UEFI setup, assuming the recovery image is on a UEFI formatted device. If windows is installed with secure boot on, you will get a UEFI image. If I want to ensure a UEFI image but want to allow legacy boots later (from USB stick, etc.) I turn on secure boot before the install. After setup, I change the BIOS to Both/UEFI First.

Machine 1: Installed with UEFI only.
If I disable CSM support in BIOS (UEFI Only) I get no Windows boot Logo. (see attached pic)
If I enable CSM Support, I get Windows logo.
Machine 2: Installed with SecureBoot. Not option to enable CSM, no logo.
IS there any way to get Lenovo or Windows UEFI Logo?
