P70 Model 20ERTZ01WW not fully shutting down. Must depress start button for a few seconds to completely shut down in order to do a restart. Using windows\system32\shutdown.exe.
Microsoft Lenovo and Driver updates are current.
Power System Settings: Fast Start, Sleep, Hibernate and Lock NOT checked.
System Log ID 13:
The operating system is shutting down at system time 2017-11-25T02:49:21.273231400Z.
Full Lenovo System Check shows no errors.
All Windows 10 Control Panel trouble shooting items shows no errors.
Windows Power Shell (admin):
“SFC /scannow” and “DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth” were executed with no apparent errors.
