P70 updated to Windows 10 1607

When I updated to the new Windows 10 level, the "Fast Startup" was renabled in the power schemes even though I had previously had this turned off. I had to go into the Power Button settings and remove the checkbox again.

Also, I had an issue with the Bluetooth driver on the system not functioning after the update. The original driver level was 18.1.1546.2762. I had Windows search for an updated driver and it installed 19.0.1621.3340 dated 5/23/16 which worked perfectly. I also had to install a new DisplayLink driver for the Lenovo USB 3.0 dock since the update process removed the previously installed drivers.

Otherwise, the system is stable. There are some minor tweeks to the start menu on the left hand side (no need to select "all Apps" to see what is installed. Cortana is now on all the time by default. I was able to disable it by going to Group Policies and setting Cortana to be disabled on my system.

YMMV
