P71 lag

Hi, 

my new P71 sometimes presents some 1-2 seconds lag in which the mouse freezes and the system does not respond.

This can be done for example during a notification or when a program is started.
In the windows event log I can not find errors in the lag time.
I had installed the windows 10 1709 version (Fall Creators Update) but I had to go back to version 1703 because this problem was much more frequent.

The system is updated.

Hi,

exactly the same problem here  with windows 10 1709 and last 1803..

P71 just purchased with NVIDIA P3000 16GB RAM AND 512 OPAL.

Lenovo, please, provide a solution to this annoying problem.

I would have the task manager and see if some process is using excessive CPU during the freezes.  This may be a windows problem, rather than hardware.  Another resource is the Microsoft TechNet forums.
