It's windows, not the P72. With fast startup, it doesn't really fully shut off so there is no prompt. When shutting down, you can press and hold the shift key while shutting down. You wil get the prompt at power on. You can also access the BIOS from windows settings/update & security/recovery/advanced startup/restart now

Alternatively, try opening an elevated Command Prompt and issuing "shutdown /fw /r /t 60" command to force the computer to restart in sixty (60) second and enter the UEFI (BIOS) firmware environment. The "/fw" is what triggers this, otherwise it will just restart and load Windows.
