Have you added a USB or express card device?

Hello.

The PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C3D portion of your device tells me that you're missing the Intel Active Management technology drivers.

These drivers are here:

Intel Management Engine Firmware 9.1

Cheers!

Re: PCI SERIAL PORT

I have updated Intel Management Engine Firmware 9.1....

But still the drivers are missing, the hardware ID's are:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C3D&SUBSYS_221117AA&REV_04
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C3D&SUBSYS_221117AA
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C3D&CC_070002
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C3D&CC_0700

Ejection relation:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C3A&SUBSYS_221117AA&REV_04\3&21436425&0&B0

Do you have any ideas?

Thanks,

Poul Erik

Try this: Uninstall the AMT 9.1 package and then install this one which includes the Serial Over LAN driver as well.

Intel AMT 7.1 - Management Engine Interface and Serial Over LAN driver

After that installs, you should be safe to upgrade the AMT with the 9.1 package if required.

I have another issue, maybe it's related to the missing driver?

EVERY TIME I REBOOT I HAVE TO UPDATE DRIVERS FOR INTEL DUAL BAND WIRELESS AC 7260.

Has this something to do with the missing driver?

No, there shouldn't be any relation between these.

Where are you getting the message that you need to update your drivers? Windows? System Update? Just install the latest drivers from Lenovo and hide/ignore these messages.

HI,

I removed all Intel WiFI software and rebooted.

After that the missing PORT disappeared.

BUT:

Every time I reboot I have to reinstall wifi drivers as the device can not start.

Any Ideas?
