in my PC Lenovo W530 type 2447-4MG (Intel i5) there are 2 banks of RAM with 8 gigabytes each one (Kingston KTL-TP3C/8G), in total 16 giga. Kingston no longer produces this RAM but there is an equivalent product (KCP316SD8/8).
I have bought two banks (8 + 8) of this new RAM.
When I install the new RAM on the empty slots (3 and 4), the PC will not start (the screen remains black).
It is not a compatibility problem between the RAM because I put two different type of RAM on slot 1 and 2 and the PC run right.
It seems that the system does not read the slots 3 and 4
I am sure that my PC can have 32 Giga of RAM, but I do not find a solution.
Please help me

To use all 4 slots, you need to have a quad core CPU

Can I replace the processor?
What kind of processor have to buy?
Can you give me a code?
After, just change the processor or is necessary do anything else?
