Result code: WWF00F000-WM7ABJ

2017-06-07, 17:32 PM

Hi

I haven't been able to find any information on result code WWF00F000-WM7ABJ anywhere online, so I'm hoping I can get some help here...!

The only exclamation mark is on the memory unit, but there isn't really any more information than that.

It does seem like it has something to do with wi-fi though...

And a side note, it says my warranty is void in 60 days, but i bought the computer in February this year....**bleep**?!

Anymooh, this result code is a recurring thing, it pops up every time i run the test.

Please help :'-/

(P.S. My PC is a ThinkPad P40 Yoga Labtop, if that has any significance)

This should address your WLan warning message:

https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht076691

w=windows

wf=wifi

test=00F

rc=000

-xxxx is a hash of your machines serial number

If your scan shows other errors, such as memory, please post a screenshot of the LSC error.

You could also post C\programdata\Lenovo\ldiag\ldiag.log.

Remove your serial number from this log before posting.

You should call the support center to sort out your warranty issue.

For best assistance, with no delay, remove the Serial number from the log. Thanks.

I diagnose the issue. I am a System Programmer. Lenovo's choice of where to place info is theirs. Please bark and not bite. I get paid by my company(a bank) to diagnose bank issues, not Lenovo to diagnose. The vendor is responsible for their software.

You explained your item(s). I kindly asked you attach ldiag.log without serial number.

Your log seems to be fine, outside of the False errors noted above.

Your memory seems intact.

Please post back a LSC screenshot/error code that alarms you.

I will double check your log in the am,,, it is quite lengthy with/without SN.

I dont find:

The only exclamation mark is on the memory unit

If it is there, LSC has a bug. Post a screenshot of said memory unit !.
