Source of w520 batteries in good shape or truly new?

2017-02-26, 16:29 PM

(I tried searching in many ways but the forum search system does not return good results.)

I have been using my w520 since 2011 and will keep if for the forseeable future for general desk work and tethering Canon cameras for photography. Sticking with Win7 64-bit OS so far. FD screen. I have bought a second battery in the past.

Anyone have a recommendation of a source from which to buy w520 batteries in good shape? (Good shape = holds a charge, offers capacity for about three-four hours of off-AC work with graphics card turned off.)

Thanks, in advance,

jonathan7007

4276-37U -- W520. Keeping an X61t just in case.
First laptop in my house was a luggable Osborne! Now that was a cool computer. (...for its time!)

Here is the link to buy a battery for your machine directly from Lenovo:
