I am on Windows 10 1803.
Machine Type Model: 20HJS5BY00
Synaptics drive is: 5.2.3535.26:
I contacted Lenovo tech support, they said the finger print reader is defective and needs to be replaced, they replaced it for me but the issue is still the same. I removed the driver and reinstalled it many times to no avail. I can not roll back driver, becuase that option is grayed out.
Windows is up to date:
I reinstalled Windows 10 as per the tech suggestion! the issue is still presisting.
I see an issue with " System Interface Foundation V2 Device" I am not sure if this is related or not. Drive is: 18.104.22.168
Any advice or suggestion?
