Hi, when I run the pantone color calibrator it does not work and suggests I run a sensor utility. When I run the sensor utility it pops up a diaglog box claiming something is missing and asks me to contact x-rite. When I contact x-rite they say all customer support for this product is offered through Lenovo.
What should I try? I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the most recent version of the software, and this issue occurs even after a windows reinstall. I'm stumped.
