I bought the P53 Thinkpad with a Lenovo TP Thunderbold 3 Docking Station.
On the Docking Station are in Use:
2x Displays ( 1x Hdmi , 1x Display Port )
3x Usb ports (nothing get charged about it)
and 1x Network Cable.
When i connect the P53 with thunderbold 3 to the Docking Station, the P53 will not get charged????
Where is my mistake?

The P53 cannot be charged over the Thunderbolt port. The port has a maximum of 100 watts. That is an industry-wide limit. The P53 needs a larger-capacity charger

What you need is most likely this: ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Workstation Dock 230W
I did not check if this dock is specifically compatible with the P53, but it's much closer to what you need than the TP Thunderbold 3 Dock. The key here is that the ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Workstation Dock has a power cable connecting to the laptop in addition to the Thunderbolt cable. This power cable is what powers the laptop, not the Thunderbolt one.
This dock is available in two versions, 170W and 230W. The one you need is the one with the same power rating as written on your P53's power adapter, unless you are OK with tying the one you have to the dock and not having one to carry around. Except for this second 170W or 230W power adapter, both versions are the same.
