Yesterday, 07 August 2018, I replaced a non-backlit keyboard w/a backlit keyboard (English/US) FRU: 04Y0528. The keyboard worked until a few minutes later when "uncontrolled scrolling" occurred on everything that I tried to access. It scrolls to the bottom and also when I access any menu/program it scrolls up and down and/or scrolls to the bottom.
All my updates are current both for Lenovo and Windows 10 Pro version 1803 build 17134.191.
1. I have turned off all "live tiles"
2. Personalization, Colors, Auto pick an accent color from my background is NOT checked.
3. I do not use a wireless mouse or external keyboard
Any suggestions would be extremely appreciated.

My initial thought is the new keyboard may not have its ribbon cable locked down all the way. Power down the unit, carefully remove the cable, and then carefully reattach it.

The keyboard was installed correctly.
I resolved the uncrolled scrolling by "turning off the Live photo tile."
