I have the Lenovo ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Workstation Dock (Type 40AN). Since docks cannot be updated via Lenovo System Update or Lenovo ThinInstaller, I have been looking for the correct drivers, software, and firmware for this dock so that I can download them and prepare them for manual installation.
I found this page: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/pd500252
It has links to the Driver, Audio Chipset Firmware, and Firmware.
|Driver (17.6 MB)||V10011|
|Audio Chipset Firmware (3.11 MB)||0083|
The Driver link points to the Driver for Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit) - ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Workstation Dock/ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Dock Gen 2 page...so, that looks accurate. The latest version on the page linked to is V10015...so, this table is out of date...no big deal as the link will get to the latest driver version.
The Audio Chipset Firmware link points to a "Not found" page.
The Firmware link points to the Firmware for Windows 10 (64-bit) - ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Workstation Dock/ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Dock Gen 2 page...which also seems to be correct...other than the minor issue that the version in the table doesn't match the latest version on the page.
I started at https://pcsupport.lenovo.com and searched for updates using 40AN as the part number and found this page: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/accessory/docks/thunderbolt-3-workstation-dock/40an/down...
This page contains links to the latest Driver and Firmware...the same as the first and third links mentioned earlier.
So, is there really no such update as "Audio Chipset Firmware" anymore? Should this page (https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/pd500252) be updated to simply replace the table pasted earlier with a link / reference like "For the latest driver/firmware, visit this webpage: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/accessory/docks/thunderbolt-3-workstation-dock/40an/down..." or something similar?

I have a very similar issue trying to update my Thunderbolt Dock Gen 2 to the latest firmware. The updater gets only part-way through the update and then crashes.
Is there someplace to file a bug? It looks like the only support I can find is a phone number.
