Watching videos (youtube, MLB.com, etc.) sometimes the volume controls don't work. All three. Up down mute. I have to either reload the video, or change tabs and then back.
Like I've said previously, great drivers.

Bonjour!
I have same. For the youtube specially.
Here I can explain how it works and not works.
If I am watch a video, and I'm click on the video (give it the focus), I can't no longer adjust the volume with the buttons. If I click off the video (onto another app or desktop), I can then use again the volume controls. If I resize the video, I can't use the volume, until I click off it again (remove the focus). If I'm watch the video in full screen, there is no problem. It works.
Maybe it is the you tube, or the flash, but I'm doubt that,, because on my other computers this never has an issue.
My system is: W530, 1920x1080, K2000M, 20 GB RAM

It's Flash Player. I believe the volume key intercepting got introduced in 11.3 or so. I have no idea how to disable it and it is VERY annoying.
EDIT: You can disable it by adding the line ProtectedMode=0 to
32-bit Windows: C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\mms.cfg
64-bit Windows: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\mms.cfg
