A very big bug i found after upgrading to 1.20 bios for W510. Previously i was using 1.19 and there was no problem. I'm using windows 7 professional 64bit, After i upgrade to 1.20 my 4gb ram now shows "usuable 3.06gb". I'm using a 64bit operating system, how come i only have 3.06gb usable?
Hope to receive a answer soon by admin or moderator.

I'm curious where you got 1.20 when the latest on the Lenovo support page for W510 is 1.19?

I just posted yesterday on the same bug. Make sure and call Lenovo and have them document the case to give to their engineers. I tried to install it three times with the same problem. Back at 1.19 now.

If you click on the link for the new bios update and scroll to the bottom there are links for the previous ones.

i think it maybe of some use that all these related posts get collected into one post, so there is some sort of public information available for other people whom have this issue, and for Lenovo team to collect the necessary information to make a determination on the extent on this problem.
