W700 - Is a Secondary HD Adapter available?

Good Morning

[1] I have a W700 Model 2758-75G. 

[2] I am looking to install an HD adapter.

[3] I am aware that the unit already has RAID0 (striped drives) & I am looking to add an extra (3rd) HD to act as a backup on the machine (as opposed to external USB drive) ejecting the DVD drive as a consequence.

[4] Researching the Lenovo site does not indicate an HDD adapter exists for the w700. Can anyone help with suggestions?

Welcome to the forum! 

The W700 accessories page in tabook say that it can use P/N 43R1980 Serial ATA Hard Drive Bay Adapter in the Ultrabay.

For future reference FRU 43R1984 (badged as being accepted by the W500) appears to fit.
