Hello! After migrating to Windows 7 and back to Windows 7 I have probleme with my integrated SSD 16 Gb.
When I purchased W530, it was using by ExpressCache, but now Windows 10 wan't work with it.
In hard drive manager it's without any file system.
When I'm trying install ExpressCache, it can't use device.
I tried mount it by commands in CMD, but it show error:
Doing an eccmd - info gives the error
HFS volume is not mounted
**ERROR** ECCmd exited with error 0x10df <4319>
I was tried format it by diskpart - clean it and convert to gpt. But it's show, that can't find the sector requested. In system logs it's error of virtual disk service, that service can't record boot code at disk, error code 8007001B@02070008.
Pls, help, what can I do?
I don't think that SSD is dead - I think that Win10 wan't work with it. But why?

Try using the ExpressCache Software for Windows 10 to configure the 16GB mSATA drive as a disk cache.
It can be downloaded from: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/ds104444

Perhaps wiping the ExpressCache partition off the 16GB mSATA SSD will solve the problem. Here's how to do this, step-by-step:
You can now exit the DiskPart program, and re-run the ExpressCache software, and it should install successfully.

Just to check, are you running EECMD as an Administrator? According to this thread, the software needs to be installed and run with Administrator privileges.

Yes, I installed and run it as Administrator. Just now I unistalled ExpressCache and installed once again as Admin. No effect.
I think, problem is in notebook, and SSD was locked by bios. That's why I can't do anything with drive. And I have no idea, how to unlock it.

The only thing I can think of at this point is maybe to call your local Lenovo tech support number? They may have some additional troubleshooting steps for you to try.
