Hi, qq6764770
I would recommend giving support a call at 1-800-426-7378 and discussing a repair of the damaged part. However, as I understand it, if a technician or the depot (depending on your warranty type) determines that the damage was caused by a customer, then you will have to pay for the service.
Hope it helps,
Adam

I used to to visit the warranty sevice center, and the technicist said my warranty did not include the physical warranty, so I should paid for the fee. But the crack is on the inner bezel of the LCD, and it come from the thread of the inner bezel. So I think that any misue force could lead to the crack like this. I think it the the defect of the inner bezel, not the fault of my use. what I should do next, argue with the warranty sevice center's technicist?
If It is necesssar, I can upload the picture of the crack for looking some help

Hi, qq6764770
If you'd like, you can certainly upload a picture of the screen so that the community may see the exact damage you are referring to. Also, could you please send me a private message with your serial number and your product ID? These pieces of information should be on the underside of your machine. With this information, I can look up your exact warranty information and better advise you from there. Please do not post your serial number publicly.
To send a private message, click on my username next to any of my posts and then click on Send this user a private message on the right side of the page.
Thanks in advance,
Adam

Hi again, qq6764770
I've reviewed the images you posted and looked up the warranty of your machine (which you can also do here). Looking at it, it appears that your machine does not have Accidental Damage Protection, which can sometimes cover accidental damage to the machine. That being said, you can call support about the matter, but, if determined to be caused by the customer, then you will have to pay for repairing the damage.
Hope it helps,
Adam

thanks for your reply! So how can I contact with the Support? By Telephone? what is the phone number? Will the support determine the crack caused whom, me or the original defect?

There are 2 screws on that corner. 1 goes through the bezel. It looks to me like one or both screws worked their way loose so that there is play, or that the hinge is in the process of failing. The screw shafts are coated so they are not supposed to come loose, but if they do, the hinge may fail and the bezel will crack. I would need to inspect to determine whether the screws are loose. If the screws are tight, I could not determine whether a failing hinge was caused by poor material or abuse.
