does it void warranty if i open my W541?

I opened my W541 to do some dust clean work. When I said open I mean I take it apart and take the fan out in order to clean it.  so does it viod my warranty?

The fact that you opened it shouldn't be a problem, but any time you work on a machine that might be serviced later, it is important that you reassemble it to be as it was before you started.  That includes things like the way the antenna wires are run and taped down and the way things fit together.  It should not be obvious it was worked on.  In general, it it has a warranty, you are better off doing nothing to it, other than parts that are deemed "CRU".  (customer replaceable unit)
