I have used this Notebook for 2 weeks now. first i had no problems at all with the fingerprintscanner.
but since 2 days it doest work, even the light that its enabled does not turn on when I start up the Notebook.
why is this?

Without really knowing much about the whole set of symptoms (e.g. do you get the fingerprint offering on the Windows Welcome screen and the light just doesn't come on the sensor, or do you no longer even get the fingerprint offering?), I'd suggest just "starting over" (if you haven't already done this).
Go into the BIOS -> Security -> Fingerprint, and "reset fingerprint data".
Then go back to either Win7 or Win10 (whichever one you're using, since you didn't mention) and re-enroll (using either the Lenovo fingerprint software in Win7 or Windows Hello in Win10) from scratch, same as you did the first time.
See if that gets you back working again.
