memory upgrade W510

Hi,
I have got W510 (4318-CTO), I7-720QM, Win7 pro 64, 2x2GB PC3-8500F Hyndai (HMT325S6BFR8C-G7),
and I would like to add some more memory.

1. Can I add a single 8GB stick ?
Is it better to add 2x4GB ?
I prefer to add a single 8GB so there will be another free slot for future upgrades.

2. Does 1600Mhz sticks are backward compatible and will work on my system, or should I search only for 1067/1333Mhz ?

3. Are the following sticks going to work with my system ? and is any of them recommended ?

Thanks !
Adi

Re: memory upgrade W510

If it were mine, I would install a single 8GB dim. 1600mHz is fine. I tend to use whatever memory is cheapest, but I have seen reports of some people having problems with Corsair Value Select. On my machine, (T430s) I use 2 X 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600 MHz.
