Ditto. I have a Yoga from 2014 but am still waiting.

Add me to the list of people hoping for a resolution to this. It's affecting my ThinkPad Yoga 14 (20fy), which I use daily.

For my machine, pcsupport.lenovo.com shows the following as the latest:

Conexant Audio Features Driver Software
Version 8.66.89.0
Release 22 Jul 2020

But that one was a nightmare to install last summer and attempting it broke the associated SmartAudio software that enabled such features as L/R control via the systems tray icon (which is now gone).

Has anybody found an updated driver or know when to expect it?

Ok, I've answered my own question:

Windows Update itself has an updated Conexant driver (v8.66.89.51 dated 10/28/2020), which can be found and installed via Device Manager (go to "Sound, video, and game controllers" > Conexant SmartAudio HD > right-click and choose Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Search automatically ). It seems Lenovo just hasn't kept up with testing and adding it to Vantage and/or the product service page for my device.

After updating the driver in this way, rebooting, and waiting the required 24-48 hours, Windows Update found and installed the 20H2 update.
