Continual Blue Screen after Windows 10 Anniversary Update

Hi, my machine keeps bluescreening.  This started last Monday and I think it was the upgrade to W10 anniversary that caused this.

It's been back to Lenovo who replaced the motherboard but the issue is still happening.  This morning they told me that the machine wasn't built for Windows 10 and may not be able to run it.  I find this incredible and unbelievable.

I don't know what to do now.

Re: Continual Blue Screen after Windows 10 Anniversary Update

Hi, welcome to the forums.

Can you please post the full model number of the Lenovo computer (Thinkpad?) that you are using ?.

I always recommend to set the drivers up to date. Here are my general tips:

1) Try first Windows Update and update all the drivers and Patches

2) Try Lenovo System Update to get any new/missing drivers.

3) Try to install Lenovo Settings and Lenovo Companion from the Windows App Store, Lenovo Companion also has a "update driver search"

4) Sometimes all that software does not recognize some updated / missing driver. Check Lenovo's Support Site and search for your specific model drivers (use the full model number of your Thinkpad).

Regards
