Is that the screen just after you login? If so, see if you can boot into Safe Mode by rebooting, but do not login, and instead press and hold shift, while selecting restart from the icon in the lower right of the login screen. From the next screen, select Troubleshoot, Advanced Options, Startup Settings and then click Restart, and upon restart, select Safe Mode with Networking.
If you can get into Safe Mode, run Checkdisk to check for disk errors., and then try to reboo
Did anything happen prior to you getting stuck on startup, such as any errors or problems prior to this problem?
