I edited your post to correct the model number (20CD).
I ran the same test on my 20CD system here, and I don't see the problem.
What OS are you running?

Somehow it is reassuring that others see the same issues, so most likely it is an errornously reported thing...
As you can see not much support offered here, no reply to my old mail after I answered the question on OS....
I still see the bug in the hardware scan in LCS on Win 10 pro
Result code WMB01Q010-RL7XME
...I got 3 years on site warranty, so maybe I should ask someone to visit , if they do not bother to offer online support...

We recently figured out that this problem happens if the BIOS settings related to virtualization are enabled. If these settings are disabled, then the LSC failure doesn't happen. This seems to be a problem with the LSC test, and not an actual hardware problem. Sorry for this trouble.

In response to customer reports of receiving an IRQ test failure error after running the Lenovo Solution Center (LSC) app while virtualization is enabled in BIOS, Lenovo will release a fix in the next version of Lenovo Solution Center.
Version 3.2.007 is currently under qualification. When the new version is released, the app will automatically update. The IRQ test can then be rerun.
