The Motherboard of my Lenovo Yoga 20CD00B1US was replaced by my warranty company, and on every reboot I get the error message saying that the serial number and model number don't match ever since. Please help. Thanks.

The servicer forgot to run the maintenance disk. I'm sorry to tell you that this problem can't be solved from the forum. The only solution is to call the servicer back and ask them to fix this problem.

Will the servicer be able to fix it by logging in to my computer online? Because I really don't want to go through the send in process again...

It's my understanding that this requires physical access to the machine by the servicer.
