I just purchased my Lenovo Yoga 260 Thinkpad and turned it on for the first time today. It initially walked me through the set up, wherein I picked my language and time zone, and then entered my email and chose my home wifi, then set up the fingerprint recognition. Next step I believe it said it was going to restart and then it went to the blue screen with the "Just a moment" message. That was abut 3 hrs ago. It went to sleep with that screen on and when I woke it up, that screen is still on. I turned the computer off and on again and still that screen is on.
This is a BRAND NEW COMPUTER. I have terrible luck with computers and am not very computer savvy. Is there a Lenovo Help phone # to call? I can't find one on this site... What do I do next?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Aside from allowing the battery to fully drain and go off on its own to have a fresh start since it is a new computer, it would be better calling in technical support at 800-426-7378 24 hours/day 7 days/week.
It would seem to have more of a Windows update issue here but do call them to best provide you immediate options to try.
Hope this help answer your query.

Thanks for the reply. I called that # for technical support and after quite a bit of time on the phone with a saucy technician, was told it was a problem with the operating system and he advised that I be shipped a flash drive to install a new operating system. The flash drive arrived today and I had to call back as it was unclear how I was going to install anything when I'm stuck on the blue screen. Again spent way too long on the phone and was transferred three times before reaching a nice technician who admitted there was nothing they could do. I'm returning the computer. Wish I didn't have to get another Lenovo after this terrible experience, but this is the only brand of laptop my employer supports. I have a great Dell laptop for home use. Wish I could just get another Dell! I am not impressed with Lenovo technical support.

Good that you were able to reach tech support and have this blue screen resolved with a replacement unit. Although this may be an isolated issue for electronic devices, best to keep the warranty support contacts of the manufacturer handy if needed.
