I have a Thinkpad twist S230u. I accidently destroyed the windows on my laptop and now it won't boot. I've forgotten to make the recovery disks so now there is no OS and no way to recover.
When I try to install windows 8 or windows 7, i get the 0x80300024 error. I searched the net and it seems the solution is to remove the SSD hard drive. now my question is how should I remove the SSD drive? (or install the Windows 8 from my NOT Recovery USB)
when I unscrew the hdd part I can't take out the screw. it's stuck there (it's turning but I can't pul it out)
What should I do?

Disassembly instructions should be listed in the S230u Hardware Maintenance Manual.

I would suggest calling your local Lenovo support office and asking them how to order recovery media for the system.

You shouldn't have to physically remove the SSD hard drive from the laptop unlesss it is damaged. You could disable it in the bios if you want, but I don't think that is necessary either. When you are installing Windows 8, are you trying to install it to the SSD drive? It needs to be installed to the hard drive; the SSD drive is only a cache device that Windows will use to speed things up.
Start a fresh install, go into Advanced in the drive setup screen. Delete every partition you find, then choose the 320gb (or 500gb) hard drive to install to. Click OK when it says that it might need to make additional partitions, then let the install run.
