I just recieved my S230u Twist, MTM 3347-6LU from a merchant on the Amazon Marketplace, to find that the following specific keys don't work: ~, 5, 6, -, =. The touchscreen keyboard functions perfectly as well as the touchpad and the rest of the keys, and if I wasn't going to use this for coding, it wouldn't be a significant deal, I've dealt with broken keyboards before.
I've gotten it to work once since it arrived, the second time I started the computer all the keys functioned, but every time since they haven't worked.
Is this likely a hardware issue, and I should I bother with sending it back to the merchant, or are there any other possible solutions?

I would recommend returning it as soon as possible. Regardless of whether it is a software or a hardware issue, the keyboard shouldn't malfunction like that right out of the box on a new system.
