I know this is an old thread, but I just recently started having the same issue ...

T480 won't wake from sleep.

I had to use the paperclip-reset.

 

I updated recently to BIOS V1.36 but that was more than a week ago.

and the problem just started.

 

I disabled the battery charge threshhold feature and the problem seems resolved but I need to do more A-B testing.

 

Has anyone else seen this problem re-occur?

Same problem since a few days. Win10 20h2 newest drivers and bios.

Will test if it is the charging-threshold-problem.
