ThinkPad Yoga 15 Paper Display

2015-09-22, 15:05 PM

This just started happening, I'd like to turn it off permanantly.  The toggle in the settings program is turned off but it continues to happen.  FN+ESC doesn't work since that is the FN toggle button itself.  Hopeing someone can help a brother out. :-)

Um, I'm sorry, I don't think I get it. What exactly is the problem you are facing? Depressing the Esc key toggles Paper Display Mode rather than actually Esc-ing?
Have a good day.

Following a recommendation in another thread, I've deinstalled (via Programs and Features) and installed (Lenovo Support download) again a piece of software called "Thinkpad Settings Dependency Package". The issue does not appear anymore; all settings seem to be working.

There's a toggle in the settings app that turns it off/on, but even if the switch is off it still turns on when you open Mail etc.
