ThinkPad Yoga 370, F11 key, Settings to Vantage assign?

2018-01-25, 9:43 AM

Hi !

I have a new TP Yoga 370, i realy like shortcut key's on top (F9, F10,F11 & F12)

But since Lenovo moved from Lenovo Settings to Lenovo Vantage, my F11 key is halfly usefull =/
It opens old one Lenovo Settings app, and then you need to click foreward button do launch Lenovo Vantage.

Any way to fix it? Any additional software to remap keyboard shortcut?

All the best!
Nick

Hi kokein,

Welcome to Lenovo Community!

As I understand that you are facing issue with your laptop keypad I will try to help you,

Please click here to check work and layout of ThinkPad Yoga 370, also I’ll recommend you to install below listed driver which is based on win 10 operating system and then check once.

1. https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/mobiles/sif11ww130.exe

3. https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/thinkvantage_en/systemupdate5.07.0065.exe

After install all three driver go to start menu and search for system update and run system update app in your system, restart your system and check once.

Re: ThinkPad Yoga 370, F11 key, Settings to Vantage assign?

Hi :)

No, it's working all ok. but !

As i said, F11 key SHOULD open "Lenovo Settings" App,
Ok, after pressing F11 Lenovo Settings window opens, but only to inform You that is no longer avaliable,

and You need to launch mannualy "Lenovo Vantage" App. (cose of margeing it together) (see attach ,PL lang)

So it will be easeyer to remap this butto to launch directly "Lenovo Vantage" app(?).

So. Any idea?

Hi kokein,

I totally understand your concern but sorry to inform you as of now there is not such option to re-map button for Lenovo vantage but I am sure Lenovo will push the change through update, you can wait for next update of application on which might Lenovo will push change to directly launch Lenovo vantage with F11 as of now you have to launch application manually.

I hope the above information helps.
