I received my Thinkpad Yoga 14 with a broken key last week. I bought it on the Lenovo site and since then I've been trying to join the after-sale service of my region but got no responses, even when I call them on their number that doesn't seem to exist.
I'm looking for someone who can help me and solve my problem
