Thinkpad Yoga 370 System Interrupts Issue

2018-01-21, 14:36 PM

occasionally when i watch online a video (like Sky, Netflix, Crunchyroll) i have some issue with high cpu usage.

The task "System Interrupts" use 10 - 20% of the cpu.

It's really annoying, cause the fan will start and energie usage is twice as much.

It's not always and sometimes it will stop, when i close the tap. This will not happen often. Mostly it still runs after everything is closed.

So i have tried everything, what i could find in the internet, like disabling devices at "Device Manager", disable "all sound effects", deinstall anti-virus programm and some other things, but i cant find the issue.

The latest drivers and Bios are intalled from https://pcsupport.lenovo.com

I have already reinstalled Win 10 Pro x64.

I thought it could be the intel gpu driver and wanted to install it from the intel website, but i got the error that it is the false driver for my gpu. actually it should be the right one. Intel(R) HD Graphics 620.

Hope someone can help me.
