As in the title, when I change to tablet mode, the touchpad accepts input and moves the mouse.
I have installed every driver/software/update from Lenovo's site (after detecting my laptop, with a proper result) that has some tiny "touchpad" word in it.

Just in case, can you share the driver version of the touchpad? It is on the Windows Device Manager.
Acording the Lenovo support site of the Thinkpad Yoga 460 the latest Elan pointing device for Windows 10 (64-bit) driver is 220.127.116.11 - 11/1/2016.

When I install the driver with the creation date 11/1/2016, its driver's date on the device properties is 2015.12.15, and its version is 18.104.22.168.
After installation, it still moves when in tablet mode.
