My headphone jack doesn't output to the right headphone when I plug it in all the way. If I ever so slightly pull out the headphone jack about an 1/8th of an inch to the next knob it will output to both left and right headphones but with a high pitched noise in the background. Should I submit my laptop for servicing? Is there a fix to this issue? I have tried multiple headphones (which I have tested on other devices, that work fine on them) and this issue still persists.

Hi, welcome to the forums.
If you alread tried several headsets it may not be good, but I would try the following:
1) Just in case theck the Windows Sound playback options (Control Panel - Sound - "Playback" tab) and check the settings.
2) Try updating the audio driver of you computer, also just in case.
3) Did you also tried the 3.5mm jack that is devided in four sections (like the attached picture). I have some earbuds with mic and it is working fine on my Thinkpad Yoga 14.
I hope this can give you some hints.
Regards
