I have my Yoga for 5 days and the touchscreen stopped working mid-use!
Tried everything I could, I also have reinstalled the factory image.
Touchpad and pen are working correctly but not the touchscreen. The HID Touch device is in the hardware manager.
It's a 20C0.
I've open a service request yesterday, I'm still waiting.
Does anyone else had this problem with a brand new Yoga?

Welcome to Lenovo Community Forums!
I’m sorry to hear that touchscreen of your ThinkPad Yoga stopped responding.
Open Device Manager in control panel. Look for the option Human Interface Device. Under Human Interface Device, look for HID-compliant device. Right click on this option and choose Disable and then re-enable the same.
If the above said didn’t help, it could possibly be a hardware issue. I’m sure the Lenovo technical support can be of great assistance.

I finally sent it to Lenovo third part support. They replaced the screen. I received my laptop 1 week later.
But the screen was not ok. It have two dead spot in the bottom where touch screen still don't work.
You can see it here: http://i.imgur.com/bGwNY4y.png
The pen still work perfectly.
I've open another support case with Lenovo and sent back the laptop today.
I hope it will be fine this time. This is a brand new laptop with a price tag over 2000$CAD and after 1 month, I had to sent it for repair twice!!
I think that for a laptop of that price, with a nearly DOA problem, Lenovo should had replaced it instead of attempting a repair...

I've gone with the DOA option and hopefully they will replace the machine.
Very frustrating as I've waited almost a month for them to build and deliver it, and it doesn't work properly when it finally arrives.

A little uptdate on my issue !
My second RMA was SUPER long. Screen where B/O, no ETA. It took 30 days to get it back.
I open the box, start the laptop, and make a test.
See the result here: http://i.imgur.com/3TPrktO.png
I almost cried!
I immediatly called Lenovo support to tell them that the screen was still deffective. They decided to send a tech on-site for replacement.
five days later, today, the tech came in to replace the screen. He isntalled a new one and let me test it before he leave.
Here is my test screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/GBaGtbV.png
**bleep** !! 4 screens and still an issue !!
I hope they will replace the laptop completly because I don't know what i'll do !
And in addition, the screen screw cap are all torned out and the screen bezel have screw driver mark all around after it has been opened four times
So, I have my laptop for 72 days in total. In wich it was broken/sent to repair for 50 days !!!
EDIT: Also, could some of you with YOGA could make some test like I did? I would like to know if this is a general problem that nobody saw or am I the only one?

Well, Lenovo finally accepted to replace my laptop last friday. I don't know how much time it will take to receive the new unit. I got a confirmation email but no Tracking number yet.
Let's hope it will not take another 72 days !!
