Thinkpad Yoga i7-4600u Onelink compatibility?

2014-11-24, 21:11 PM

I just bought a Thinkpad Yoga with an i7-4600u (model # 20CD00B1US). I was going to buy a Onelink docking statation but I noticed in Lenovo's compatibilty spreadsheet that "S1 Yoga (Non-vPRO)" is listed as compatible with the Onelink docks. I know the i7-4600u has vPRO, does this mean the Onelink docks won't work with it, or will they only not work if vPRO is enabled? I've been searching for hours trying to find the answer to this and have been unsuccesful. I posted this in the option and accesories forum fist, but I noticed afterwards that there's not alot of traffic in that forum. Hopefully someone here can help me.

Thanks

I have the i7-4600Uu processor and use the OneLink Pro docking station on a daily basis.  I haven't had any incompatability issues.  I don't have a very complex setup but it is handy..  I have a second monitor and some USB accessories plugged into the OneLink Pro that I leave at my office.  All I have to do in the morning is plug the one cord in and I am good to go until the end of the workday.
