The touch screen suddenly stopped working. Works with the stylus just fine, but will not register or recognize any finger contact at all.
Anyone know what to do to fix?

Does Device Manager show any devices with a yellow exclamation mark icon (Most likely a Human Interface Device if its the touch screen) ? If it does, then try uninstalling that device and rebooting.
in either case, I would try booting an ubuntu live usb and seeing if the touchscreen works there. If it does, then try booting back to windows and using the touch screen.
I have had issues like this with both my Yoga Home 900 and my Yoga 14. booting into linux live usually clears it right up. not sure why it happens

Hmmm.... tried a few other things and there seems to be an issue with the stylus too. An area in the top right quadrant that doesn't register correctly.
Looking more and more like it might be a hardware issue.

Well darn. It's possible that some update borked it, but I'm not sure what it would be.

Yeah that def seems like a digitizer issue :/

thanks, but I don't have that app installed.
I'm pretty sure it's a hardware issue.
I tried using a drawing app (the sketchpad that comes with windows 10) and drew straight lines across the screen. Anytime I got near the top right corner it would go haywire. Obviously something wrong with the sensors in that quadrant.
No matter what orientation I turned the screen to, the same part physical spot would mess up.
That says to me that it's a hardware problem.
Unfortunately, my warranty expired recently so it's gonna be expensive. *sigh*

Yes, you are right. Sounds like a hardware issue.
Don't you have the option to buy extended warranty from Lenovo? They normally give you some grace period, if you want to buy the extended warranty. I bought my extended warranty couple of weeks after my warranty finished.
This is the UK link I use: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/gb/en/warrantylookup
Hopefully, it will redirect you to the US version.
