VT-x enabling for YOGA (20CD)

2014-08-06, 15:35 PM

Hi,

anyone knows if the Yoga 20CD does have this feature, and how to enable?

I want to use virtualbox on my yoga, but i get failures.

i already went into bios to enable virtualisation, but still not working.

looking thru community does not help me, also google did not give a solution.

community gives answers for other lenovo laptops, with different bios.

Hi,

If you've already found the place in BIOS to enable virtualization,  make sure to do a complete power-off, power-on cycle after enabling.  Also make sure that you don't have Hyper-V installed.  It can mask virtualization for other applications.
