I am having similar issue. If I use a bluetooth mouse, my wifi keeps disconnecting. If I don't, it runs fine. Its so annoying. I bought thinkpad for its 'business class' tag, and this wasn't what I expected.

I got a new thinkpad S1 Yoga a couple of days back and i am facing the same wifi connectivity issues.
When I log onto the machine i am able to connect to the 5GHz bandwidth and after 5 minutes or so it gets disconnected. once it gets disconnected i am not able to connect to any other wifi signal.
I looked at the solution posted earlier about un installing the lenovo ECM storage but my machine did not come with that software(not sure why)
is there any other way to solve this problem.

I have tried all solutions which have been posted in various websites, like for example - unchecking the box which says turn of device to save power under the advanced settings of the wireless card.
the problem still persists.
Any help on this would be much appreciated

Like Anand I've started having this issue as of yesterday, and no sign of teh Discovery.exe or other software going amok. I've disabled as many services and programs as possible, checked power settings, nothing works. If I'm not on AC (plugged-in) power, sometimes the WiFi adapter won't even show up as active - like the machine doesn't even have a network card installed. Very frustrating.
